Awakening To The Love Of: Peaceful Communication, Compassionate Listening & Conscious Relating

2 Hour Workshop + Meditation Process

In this bonus session to our Awaken to Freedom Level 2: Emotional Trauma Healing & Shadow Integration course, we completed with the topic of what Peaceful Communication looks like. Specifically how, when we realize the inner peace of ourselves, we emanate this into all forms of relationship, communicating with all beings a sense of harmony, love, peace & joy.

This extended into a number of expanded topics including:

• The pranic cellular breathwork meditation practice that looked to activate this peace in all layers of the anatomy, experiencing this peace and golden light in a 360 degree direction.
• Learning the core fundamental principle to peaceful communication, and how our unique personal emanation is communicating with all of life all the time. How to bring awareness to what we ARE emanating by being honest with ourselves in all ways.
• What compassionate listening looks like, and how we can truly SEE each other, validate each other and experience true unconditional love, acceptance and appreciation with one another.
• The fundamental core of the truest intimacy with self, other and the world - activating the devotional creative love with all of life.
• How we can be our authentic and vulnerable self in all situations - simply living what is true!
• A review The 7 A's of love from freedom teaching material along with the steps towards personal joy, and joy with others.
• Dissolving victim victimizer dynamics/suffering and how we can take self responsibility for ALL things that arise within relationship dynamics and our hologram.
• What it looks like to honor everyones free will while also having healthy boundaries that honor your own desire for absolute peace, love and joy - and all that is truly desired.
