A 3 part series exploring the topics of self-honesty, responsibility and relentless compassion for self healing. These are are elements to our understanding of self and awareness of all aspects of our multidmenional anatomy. Healing starts through honesty about our behavior and a clear non-biased view of ourselves in all ways. To investigate what arises is a dance of both this honesty, responsibility and compassion.

In the first 2 Sessions we Covered:

Session 1:

• How we dissolve miasmic charge through a specific meditation & breath process
• How we come to trust in ourselves and stay grounded in our embodiement process
• Working with the multidimensional self through self honesty & self responsibility
• How to bring a gentle compassion through all of our body, to soothe the nervous system, emotions and energy field

Session 2:

• How to not be confused or sink into victim-hood when pain arises.
• How to call out your own bullshit (and navigate compassionate yet direct "course correction")
• How to put an end to the inner new age fluff ball of love light and cluenessness
• What current collective topics have to do with you - and how it is practical to stay in awareness.
• How to perceive multidimensional subtlety (and then what to do with what you find)
• What does it mean to "investigate" a "charge" and how to investigate any topic for further self healing...
• How to heal yourself within "time" and not be blindsided by things that occur.
• How to walk the path of healing with patience and have appreciation for the small steps (which make up the big changes)

Session 3

• Meditation process for connecting to your original unique "encryption" within creation.
• Self-Auditing behavior through contemplation and a specific journalling process.
• Seeking truth above all else - How to view all aspects of yourself and creation, becoming completely self-honest about what IS rather than what we would like it to be - and how this is the key to realizing peace.
